Tonight is the Autumn Moon Festival! I totally forgot all about it until I looked outside and saw the moon last night:

So I dug my digital camera out of its hiding place for the first time in about a year, because I need to take pictures for my computational photography class. It's kind of ancient (from 2003!) so I bought a new one, which is yay, though it is not here yet.
ANYWAY, the point of this is that I found this old pre-Homesickness comic-ish thing on my camera. Well, it has text and pictures, though saying there's any plot might be stretching it a bit.
Still, it amused me when I reread it, so I uploaded it to share with all of you.

Also, this fic I'm working on right now makes me ridiculously happy in ways I usually do not feel until the story is typed up and betaed. I'm maybe half-way done with a first draft? Also, I feel like anything I could write down could only be half as awesome as this stuff in my head. But I don't care! I'm having TOO MUCH FUN.
zulu has been helping me brainstorm, and there are times when I'm genuinely tempted to just post our chat logs instead of writing the story itself. Seriously.
This icon is totally one of my favorites.
