Apocalypse Now Redux

I really dug Apocalypse Now (Redux). It's disturbing and odd as hell, but that's part of what draws you in. I think I liked it better because I'd read The Heart of Darkness before seeing this. It's quite fascinating to think of it like that, a journey into the heart of darkness to stare down the personification of madness itself. And The End by The Doors is such a fucking awesome book end song.

I have also totally figured out how to copy DVDs, which means I shall be visiting the library quite a bit these next few weeks.
