On a secondary note: I can't seem to get IE to like my CSS, even with a hack that's worked for me before. At this point, I'm just going to say screw it and leave it the way it is. If anyone wants to see it looking non-shitty, just use another browser besides IE.
ETA: I totally figured out what was wrong with my layout. IE adds padding to the entries in a way that Firefox doesn't, so the poll at the bottom of my page was stretching it out. I'll just remember to cut those bastard in the future to keep that from happening again.
