Yeah, and the worldbuilding was overall better and more coherent, because they didn't try to squeeze it into 45 minutes of story. I could see them trying to get to No Man's Land plot-wise, but the execution was so forced and rushed.
I am also really upset that the two most prominent female characters are love interests. I was about to applaud Nolan for making Batman and Catwoman flirty and competent sidekicks without resorting to a contrived romance plot, but then the ending happened.
