Man, Orphan Black is so great. Finished the first season this week, and I am delighted by it. So many different types of ladies! So much pulpy ridiculousness! So many wonderfully executed trainwrecks!

Ugh, this week I have had trouble focusing on doing productive things. Part of this is probably me being social after work, leading to a distinct lack of introvert time. Part of this is probably me second guessing all of my writing. Part of this is probably me trying to do too much at once and stalling on both projects I'm working on.

Bah. Baaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you about your story yet! It's been hectic trying to get everything graded, then I got a cold, blech. But I plan to! No second-guessing until at least after that, all right? *grin*

Also, I want to check out Orphan Black. We saw the first episode a few months back but never kept going; I think it'd be worth trying to pick up again.

Orphan Black is definitely a show that spends a good amount of time setting up all of its dominos before knocking them down. It takes a while for things to start paying off, but once they do, it really does pay off.

And I totally understand that you've been super busy! I've been having trouble working on new things as well, which has just been super frustrating. I need to tell the self-critical part of me to shut up so that I can go back to writing.
