Home again!
I spent most of this Memorial Day weekend sleeping on merisunshine36's couch. And watching hockey games. And writing fic. And eating things. And playing video games. And talking fandom.
Overall, it was lots of fun, several train failures aside.
Since this has basically become a blog where I ramble about my writing in ways that people don't care about, I am currently at 17k words, and I think I can power through to the end of this draft. Hopefully, I can also power through some of the places where I need to fill things in, and then I can take a break before I start doing some intensive editing.

My brother (who knows about my baseball fic) showed up today and looked at my stack of books and went, "So you're really doing this, are you?" lolololol. He did tell me that I could make a whole new group of friends with my sports knowledge, so I am going to count that as enthusiastic sports.
