(no subject)

I know I haven't been around much lately, mostly because I've become addicted to the Assassin's Creed series (and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood should be coming today, so um, don't expect me to be around all that much for the next week either).

Anyway, the reason why I'm here, is because the quite excellent [personal profile] sophinisba has podficced my dorky, awkward Harold/Kumar fic It's The Thought That Counts for the [community profile] chromatic_podfic challenge. She's also podficced a few other awesome things other people have written, so go check it out!

Welcome to the Brotherhood. *grins* I have neglected many a homework assignment in favor of playing -- and replaying, I admit -- those games.

Are you on Xbox? If you want someone to play multiplayer with once you get to that point in Brotherhood, my gamertag is Sorve. :) Feel free to add me.

The good thing about it is that you don't have to talk to anybody on multiplayer you don't want to. Which is good, because so many gamers are obnoxious. But Xbox Live Party lets you talk to only people you specifically invite. (I have two other very nice fannish friends who play! It's very fun to have three of us all playing together.)

And the other great thing is that 1) it doesn't spoil single player, 2) it's set up so that even a Level 1 player has a chance of beating a Level 50 player, and 3) you can play in 10-minute increments, so even though it's addictive and you might end up playing for hours at a time, you have natural cut-offs. (I, uh, might have played Brotherhood single player for ten hours straight once. Or twice. *coughs*)

So I am looking forward to playing with you when you get there! :D

Oh! Also! I have the soundtracks for all three AC games if you're really into the music. (I think it's possibly some of the most gorgeous music ever composed.)
