There's a lot of general education things in it as well! Fixed mindset vs. flexible mindset type things, where people get the idea that they have a fixed ability at things (math being the big example, obviously) and aren't willing to believe that you can develop skills because they feel like their abilities are fixed. The material and discussion is geared towards how we teach math, but it includes a lot of other psychology and pedagogy things as well.
