I love importing adblock filters, becuase Adblock is god.
Here, here, and here seem to have some pretty comprehensive lists.
If you want to support a site, but you don't want to see the ads, you can change the options in the Preferences panel from "Remove Ads" to "Hide Ads". I don't use it myself, though, and I'm not sure about how well it works.
The new official extension site is hot sex. Just saying.
(Oh, and I have a weak spot for the "I must not fear" extension, which is brilliant in its sheer pointlessness.)
